Fa Cup V Gainsborough Trinity
Despite our bad form coming into this game, I have a funny feeling that we will get something out of this?

If football was played on paper, we'd be looking at a double figures defeat today.
Thankfully, it's not, and I feel Droylsden will give a good account of themselves.
Don't think we'll win, but think we'll be competitive and make it a struggle for Gainsborough. Think they'll edge it 2-0.

What can I say?
Our best performance by far of the season, should have had at least a replay and we should be proud of this performance against a team two divisions higher but once again a slow start let us down.
Moke was brilliant, well impressed by Ben Barber as well and thought James Hampson was going to be the hero of the hour.
Let us hope that we can take this performance into the league starting with Warrington on Tuesday night and kickstart our league campaign.

Heroic second half. Unbelievable effort, very proud of the team and a good atmosphere as well - first time I heard the songs this season!
First 15 minutes or so we looked nervy and it looked like it might go to form. After going 2-0 down though we grew into the game, created a couple of good chances and by the time they got their third on half time I thought it was against the run of play.
I've always thought our attacking players are OK, and today showed it. It's the defence which is the major problem, they could have had a few more than the four they got.
Hall, Zibaka and Moke were the ones that impressed me the most.
